      A "concrete" solution to moisture-related flooring problems. Every year, moisture-related flooring problems (and the disputes that follow) add hundreds of millions of dollars to project costs. Scores of topical approaches have been introduced to try to mitigate the effects of high moisture levels in concrete slabs.
